Who else is trying to get a flat belly fast… but the fat is still sitting there laughing at you?! Are you tired of doing everything there is to try and burn off that stubborn fat around the midsection and never seem to get anywhere? Well, the source of your problem may rest with one (or all) of the following 3 deadly mistakes:

1. Doing Ab Workouts Thinking That This Will Shed Fat Off – Yes, doing abdominal workouts is great for strengthening your core and developing abdominal muscles. However, it is not going to do anything in regards to burning off fat from your midsection.

2. Going On A Low-Carb Diet – The first thing people thinking about as far as nutrition is concerned is to reduce the amount of carbs they are eating. Now yes, this is certainly true, however, this is only for ONE type of carbohydrate… and that would be bad carbs (better known as sugar). You can not reduce good carbs (fiber) and get successful fat loss, weight loss, and improvement with your overall health. For this reason, I strongly okinawa flat belly tonic recommend you steer clear of those low-carb diets.

Speaking of which, I also recommend you stay away from low-calorie and low-fat diets as well, since starving yourself slows your metabolism down, and your body needs good fats (monounsaturated) in order to burn fat. Go figure!

3. Not Drinking Enough Water – If you are not drinking enough water, you won’t flush out harmful toxins and parasites in your body that may be keeping fat on your stomach. You won’t get rid of that water weight (which is one of the culprits of feeling bloated). You won’t help keep your metabolism running strong. And so much more!

So, if you want to lose belly fat fast, I recommend that you start doing cardiovascular and weight training exercises at least 3 times a week instead of just focusing on doing ab workouts. I recommend that you only reduce bad carbs and bad fats (trans fat and saturated fat). I recommend that you drink at least 1/2 your body-weight in ounces of fresh cold water a day.
